《网络法律评论》征稿启事

《网络法律评论》（以下简称“《评论》”）第二十二卷征稿工作已经全面展开。诚挚欢迎众多网络法律研习者加入到我们行列中来！

《评论》创刊于2001年，由北京大学知识产权学院和北京大学互联网法律中心联合主办，是以研究网络法律为内容的专业学术刊物，它秉承北大“学术自由，兼容并包”之学术传统，融批判的精神于学术争鸣之中。尤其欢迎有强烈现实意义，资料收集全面翔实，或有实证调查材料佐证之佳文，并且欢迎针对国内外典型案例的分析评论以及对基本理论问题由独到思考的文章。本刊已被“中国学术期刊（光盘版）”（中国知网）全文收录，并于2017年入选“中文社会科学引文索引（CSSCI）”收录集刊。

《评论》经过以往各卷的经验积累，逐渐形成了有自己特色的栏目，也得到了各方的肯定。这些栏目主要有：专题链接、学术BBS、追踪研习、信息窗口、案例收藏夹等。

《评论》由北京大学知识产权学院和北京大学互联网法律中心主办，并由互联网法律中心张平教授主编。

《评论》对来稿字数不作要求，只有学术水准和学术规范的要求。关于引注体例请参照《评论》中对引证体例之要求。

来稿和作者简介请采用MS Word格式编排，以电子邮件附件方式发送至netlawrev@pku.edu.cn。邮件标题格式为：“投稿+作者姓名+稿件中文标题+拟投栏目”。第二十二卷征稿截止日期为2019年01月15日。

来稿恕不退换，请自留备份，自投稿三个月内未收到稿件处理通知，请自行处理。

来稿请加上英文标题、中英文摘要、关键词，并请写明作者真实姓名、任职单位和有效联系方法。

为扩大学术交流渠道，《评论》编辑部有权以非专有方式向第三人授予已刊作品电子出版社、信息网络传播权和数字化汇编权、复制权。如作者不同意授予上述权利之部分或全部，请在来稿前声明保留。

作品刊登后，《评论》编辑部有权在互联网法律中心网站（www.pkunetlaw.cn）以及公众号发布作品的电子版。如作者不同意授予上述权利，请在来稿前声明保留。

本卷征稿要求

预计第二十二卷将在2019年07月出版。根据需要，编委会拟从两个方面进行征稿：

1. 专题征稿

网络环境下的垄断与不正当竞争问题

2. 其他征稿

该部分的稿件，主题不限，可以是任何涉及网络的法律问题。诸如刑法、行政法、税法、诉讼法、国际法等各个领域。

这些稿件主要纳入学术BBS、追踪研习、信息窗口、案例收藏夹等。

Call for Papers

Internet Law Review is a scholarly monographic series focused on the research of internet laws. It is sponsored by School of Intellectual Property, Peking University, and Institute for Internet Law, Peking University, edited by Professor Zhang Ping.

We are now preparing for the forthcoming issue of the Review, Volume 22, and prospective authors with new ideas, comprehensive and sound research methods and theories, and great creativity, are invited to submit your articles. Also, we strongly welcome excellent papers with high practicality and supported by detailed examples, and critical review papers to comment and analyze typical cases in China and abroad.

Internet Law Review adheres to internet laws research, and is positioned to be open, mutual, and efficient. Hence, some articles in the Review will be compiled in the electronic form published on the website of the Institute for Internet Law, Peking University. Authors who intend to reserve the above right or other digital rights, are required to declare in advance.

Manuscripts should now be submitted electronically (in MS Word) to netlawrev@pku.edu.cn as an attachment, and the subject of the email should be named as “Contribution + Name + Title+ Column”. The deadline of paper submission of Volume 22 is on Jan 15th, 2019.

Manuscripts will not be returned to the authors. Please keep copies for your own needs. Furthermore, your submitted papers should have a title, an abstract, key words and corresponding English translation. Footnotes and bibliographic citations should follow the rules of quotation; the author’s name, address, and affiliation (if any) should appear on a separate cover page.

Last but not least, we would like to notify you that the turn around time of deliberating your submitted papers and informing you of our decisions is about 3 months.
